HAMAMATSU L 9631X－RAY 光管在電池檢測(cè)的應(yīng)用
設(shè)備通過X-RAY發(fā)生器發(fā)出X射線，穿透電池內(nèi)部，由成像系統(tǒng)接收X射線并成像拍照，通過相關(guān)軟件對(duì)圖像進(jìn)行處理并自動(dòng)測(cè)量和判斷，在線全自動(dòng)檢測(cè)，檢測(cè)產(chǎn)品良率、保障產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。確定良品和不良品，將不良品挑選出來，設(shè)備前后端可與產(chǎn)線對(duì)接。

Hamamatsu L 9631微聚焦X射線源具有40~110 kV密封結(jié)構(gòu)的x射線管，最小x射線焦點(diǎn)尺寸為15μm，最大輸出功率為50W，光束角度為62°。微聚焦X射線SOURCE是專門為X射線無損檢測(cè)而開發(fā)的.一個(gè)小的焦點(diǎn)可以防止X射線圖像的模糊，并提供一個(gè)銳利的放大圖像.提供了一個(gè)RS-232C接口作為stan。用于外部控制。即使在三維觀測(cè)期間，這些微聚焦X射線源也能產(chǎn)生清晰、銳利的放大X射線圖像.

Hamamatsu L9631 Microfocus X-ray Source has has a 40-110KV sealed configuration x-ray tube with 15μm minimum x-ray focal spot size, 50W maximum output and a 62 degree beam angle. Microfocus X-ray sources are specifically developed for X-ray nondestructive inspection. A small focal point prevents blurring of X-ray images and delivers a sharp enlarged image. An RS-232C interface is provided as standard for external control. These microfocus X-ray sources also yield clear, sharp enlarged X-ray images even during 3D observation.
